Privatecy

Privatecy is an interactive installation which was exhibited in Rome, Italy end of 2007. It focused on the topic of Privacy. Each visitor interacted with a large container inside of which cameras were located. By voluntarily activating a system, pictures of the user were integrated in real time with a virtual matrix that could be accessed online by people all around the world. In the virtual seamless matrix (that users could navigate flying over it) , images were encrypted until the user voluntarily made them public with a code he received at the container. The installation makes the user reflect about the decisions we all go through to show or hide different parts of our existence to the eyes of others.
