Human GPT is an artistic and educational performance created by Javier Ideami and performed live by the theater group Art Corpore. It invites us to imagine the next transition in artificial intelligence: the union between the current cutting edge architectures, such as ChatGPT, and the deeply human factors that still set us apart — emotion, gesture, adaptability, and causal understanding of the world. On stage, the actors represent the different internal processes of a ChatGPT as it transforms an input into a response, blending scientific outreach with scenic poetry. Through this living metaphor, the audience visually and emotionally understands how today’s most advanced AI works and where its evolution is heading, while connecting with a hopeful message linked to ALS research, showing how creativity, technology, and empathy can come together to drive a future full of humanity.
